Veal Tails

Veal tail is a more tender version of oxtail. Veal tail has a sweeter and more subtle taste than their more mature counterpart. Our veal are raised and slaughtered in the Netherlands where the freedom and rest enjoyed by the calves is reflected in the tender quality and flavour of the meat. 

Veal Tongue

Softer and more tender than beef tongue. Raised ethically in a natural living environment in the Netherlands.
